The following "Comfort Agreement" is to be read before each group:

Show mutual kindness and respect for others
Be culturally, religiously and politically sensitive
Wait to speak until others have finished
Try to avoid graphic details when speaking
Use "I" statements; speak from your heart
Be mindful of the language you use in group
Knock if a comment is upsetting for you
Put cell phones on vibrate; leave the room to talk
Avoid offering advice and being judgmental
Avoid criticizing and discriminating against others
Observe confidentiality
Be mindful of the RCC Guidelines

The following are the RCC Guidelines and are to be observed while at an RCC:

This is a drug-free environment
Weapons are not allowed on the premises
If you feel like harming yourself or someone else, please let us know
