We asked our peer team: If you could go back in time, what advice would you give to your younger self? From words of resilience to messages of self-compassion, this collection showcases the wisdom we’ve gained along the way.
As you read through these reflections, take a moment to think about what YOU would say to your younger self. What would you remind them, reassure them, or inspire them to believe?
I'd tell my younger self to stop trying to be perfect and enjoy the messy parts of life, they help you grow. Trust yourself more and don't stress much. Most of what you're worrying about won't even matter later.
