Fall River Recovery Connection Center
Grief Healing Group
Facilitated by Blanca Garcia & Shannon Donnelly
Losing someone we love is one of the hardest things in life. Grief has a way of shaking everything—our hearts, our routines, even our sense of who we are. For many of us, the pain feels too big to put into words, and the fear of opening up can be overwhelming. We may worry about being judged, misunderstood, or simply not heard. That’s why this group is here.
This is a safe, private space where we come together not to fix each other—but to understand, to listen, to support and to heal. Whether you feel like sharing your story, sitting in quiet support, or just knowing others are walking a similar path—you are welcome here—just come as you are. You don’t have to go through this alone. We’re here to heal, together.
Starts Tuesday, 5/5!

"Working with a community of peers is vital for providing support, validation, and fostering a sense of belonging. It creates a safe space where individuals can share their challenges, discuss advocacy, and inspire each other with stories of hope and resilience.
By exchanging experiences, peers learn new coping strategies, empower each other to speak up for their rights, and support each other in making positive lifestyle changes. This collective strength helps individuals feel less isolated and more confident in their journey toward a better, healthier life."

Sometimes, we all have masks! We like to hang ours on the wall and let people see who we really are.
