Working with a community of peers is vital for providing support, validation, and fostering a sense of belonging. It creates a safe space where individuals can share their challenges, discuss advocacy, and inspire each other with stories of hope and resilience.

By exchanging experiences, peers learn new coping strategies, empower each other to speak up for their rights, and support each other in making positive lifestyle changes. This collective strength helps individuals feel less isolated and more confident in their journey toward a better, healthier life.

Sometimes, we all have masks! We like to hang ours on the wall and let people see who we really are.
