Monday:
DRA (Dual Recovery Anonymous): (Hybrid) A wonderful 12 step fellowship that gives us the opportunity to discuss both our addictions and our mental health
Peer Support: (Hybrid) Open discussion; Peers are free to talk about anything they’re experiencing or feeling.
Rockin’ Recovery: (Hybrid) A rockin’ blend of music and discussion. We play feeling-provoking music then share our thoughts on each song.
Mandalas: Spend time relaxing while coloring mandalas and listening to soothing music.

Wednesday:
Coffee Chat: Welcome the morning with hot coffee and relaxing conversation.
Stress Relief: (Hybrid) A deep dive into life’s stressors and how to successfully manage them. We also look at the physical, mental, and emotional toll stress can cause.
Transitions: (Hybrid) Are you making a transition in your life? Join us as we discuss and support each other through life's changes.

Thursday (Zoom Only):
Peer Support: Open discussion; Peers are free to talk about anything they’re experiencing or feeling.
Trauma: Most people will go through a trauma at least once in their lives. Together we will work through those traumas and support each other.
Mindfulness and Mediation: Together we will explore the use of mindfulness meditation to bring calm to our lives.
Wellness: Want to improve your overall wellness? Join us as we discuss all the amazing things we can do to improve our minds & bodies.

Friday:

Mediation: (Hybrid) Together we will learn about and practice the many different types of meditation.
Getting Creative: An amazing way of utilizing our art skills to express our thoughts and feelings we experience.
Movie Time: Each week we will sit back, relax and enjoy a great movie.
