Monday:

​

Peer Support: (Hybrid) Open discussion; Peers are free to talk about anything they’re experiencing or feeling.

Mediation: Together we will learn about and practice the many different types of meditation.

Mental Health and Dependency: (Hybrid) Come in and talk about how mental health and substance dependency can go hand in hand.

Open Art/ Movie Group: Join us for two hours of art and a great movie.

Wednesday:

​

Coffee Chat: Welcome the morning with hot coffee and relaxing conversation.

Getting Connected: (Hybrid) Learn about each other with ice breakers and welcoming discussions.
Self-Care:(Hybrid) Come together, learn and discuss one of the most important things we can do for ourselves. Learning self-care.

Stress Relief: (Hybrid) A deep dive into life’s stressors and how to successfully manage them. We also look at the physical, mental, and emotional toll stress can cause.

Thursday:

​

Transitions: (Hybrid) Are you making a transition in your life? Join us as we discuss and support each other through life's changes.

Peer Support: (Hybrid) Open discussion; Peers are free to talk about anything they’re experiencing or feeling.

Addictions: (Hybrid) Learn about the different types of addictions and how we can manage life with them.

TAY Peer Support: (Hybrid) Open discussion with peers ages 18-26 only.

Friday:

Optimism: (Hybrid) Feeling Down? Come and join us as we get optimistic about our worlds.

Wellness: (Hybrid) Want to improve your overall wellness? Join us as we discuss all the amazing things, we can do to improve our minds & bodies. 

Mental Health and Dependency: (Hybrid) Come in and talk about how mental health and substance dependency can go hand in hand.

Self-Motivation: (Hybrid) Come and talk about new ways to motivate yourself and help support your peers.
